Helped us Buy a Condo from Canada

My wife and I were looking to acquire a place in the sun. Being from Canada we didn’t know any realtors in Naples, FL and so spent some time reading reviews on Zillow. We ended up contacting Chris Spina as a result of those reviews.

From our initial contact to the closing of our home and beyond Chris was extremely responsive and attentive. In advance of a visit to look at some places we had provided him with our list of requirements. He was able to better manage our expectations and for 3 days showed us a range of properties that allowed us to get a great sense of the different areas, amenities, price points, allowing us to narrow down our ultimate ‘must have’s’.

He was very knowledgeable of many of the developments we saw and not shy in providing his viewpoint (which we liked), both personal and professional. In the end we purchased a condominium in a great location for a great price! Chris was then able to refer us to a local attorney, the name of a reputable home inspection company, insurance broker and other useful tips (i.e. like a service agreement for appliances – we intend to rent it our over the season).
