Chris was the most responsive realtor. We had one week in Florida and set up two days to look at properties. When we added more days and properties he was very accommodating, even though he had other clients from out of town he was working with at the same time. We can’t say enough about how good he was at responding to our requests for additional time and setting up viewings. We haven’t purchased anything yet, so we don’t have an opinion as to the negotiation skills. But we were very happy with him. He would give us his honest unbiased opinion about each property – its pros and cons, which was very helpful. We would thoroughly recommend him. We have moved often and worked with many realtors. He is top notch.
