We found our second home

Bought a home in 2011.

I was looking for a second home in the Naples/Bonita Springs market and Chris Spina was very helpful and patient in showing me many different areas and properties so I could determine where and what kind of property would be best for me. I looked at over 30 properties (condos to free standing homes) on 2 separate visits to Florida. In evaluating the many different locations and amenities, I determined that I was interested in Pelican Bay in Naples. Chris showed me many developments within Pelican Bay in my price range so that I could determine the pros and cons of each one. Chris utilized his computer to narrow my search and I found a condo I liked in a highrise, we made an offer and negotiated a price and Chris did an excellent job of keeping on top of the escrow process until closing, which happened in a very timely manner.
