We let him know the properties we wanted to see and he scheduled appts that fit in well with our travel schedule. He also suggested new construction which we had not thought of and as it turned out, that is what we purchased. Since we could not be in FL throughout the construction, Chris made himself available to fill in for us at required homeowners inspections and kept us abreast of anything that needed our attention.
