As this was our first purchase outside of our hometown market, we were very dependent on Chris to guide us through the purchase. Chris provided us a steady stream of properties for our review after our initial phone contact. He worked with us through email and multiple phone calls to narrow down the number of properties in preparation for our visit to the area. We were able to see all properties during our visit. Chris also shared much information about the area which was important to help us make our final decision to complete a purchase. Chris effectively handled the purchase negotiation and provided guidance throughout the approval and closing process.
