Bought a home in 2014.
We’ve been searching in the area between south Fort Myers and North Naples since February of 2014. We are slow, deliberate and cautious people….not always sure of what will really meet our needs. Chris Spina has been the most knowledgable, forthright, patient and responsive realtor we have had the good fortune to work with. Slow but sure does not scare Chris off….there is NO pushy sales driven agenda in his work. Though we haven’t found our place yet, it isn’t for lack of Chris’ diligence. I am completely confident that …how ever long it takes….he will get us there with patience and good humor. I would highly recommend Chris to my closest friends and family without any hesitation.
