Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $600K in Naples, FL.

My wife and I live in Massachusetts and were looking for property in the Naples, Florida area. We contacted Chris in April and, even though we were 1500 miles from Naples, Chirs was able to effectively use video, internet, email and phone to present interesting properties to us. In July, we made a trip down to Naples and at that time Chris spent the day showing us various properties, discussed options, provided excellent advice and we ultimately gravitated toward a few properties. We decided to place an offer a few days later and Chris expertly negotiated with the seller’s broker and guided us through the process to a successful conclusion. 4 weeks later we closed on the property. My wife and I have purchased many properties over the years and, this process was by far the most enjoyable. It all proceeded without a hitch and we truly benefitted from Chris’s integrity, practical good sense, local knowledge, responsiveness and focus on the types of properties we were really interested in.
