We have the highest regard for Chris Spina as both a trustworthy and totally knowledgable realtor. My husband and I have been working with Chris for about 2 years now (as it took us forever to find our “perfect home” and for all the details to work out) and I cannot commend him enough for his professionalism, kindness and promptness. I cannot count the number of homes Chris took the two of us to see over the years, but he remained completely patient with us through the whole process. I felt completely comfortable asking Chris his honest opinion on different situations and I fully trusted that his answer was honest. Often one of us would email him with whatever sort of question or issue we were experiencing and we would sometimes receive a response within minutes, if not the hour, and often he would just call us to discuss the situation. We were first time home buyers with the recent purchase of our home, and Chris always had our best interests in mind through the entire process, so as to ensure that we were not taken advantage of by the sellers. He fought for us in every situation necessary and I cannot express in words how grateful the two of us are for Chris’ assistance through our first home purchase.
