Helped me Buy a Home.

Chris did an excellent job. He kept us informed and the whole process moving as fast as possible, and that was very important to my wife and myself. I would give Chris 2 thumbs up. He listen to what my wife wanted and knew what was important to her. He never wavered during this whole process, it was a short sale, and helped us stay positive through the whole painful short sale process. He told us both from the beginning of the short sale how long and painful this ordeal would be. He continue to show us other houses during the 6 months that the short sale took, in fact he insisted that we continued to look at other homes just in case the short sale failed . He answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns. This is the second house that my wife and I have the pleasure of using Mr Spina and his company Spina Realty too buy a house. If we were to buy another house ther is no doubt that we would use Chris Spina again. We would highly recommend him and his company Spina Reality.
