Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $275K in Naples, FL.
Chris was outstanding, he is a true professional. He is very knowledgeable and personable. This was out first home and we wanted it to be perfect. We spent our weekends with Chris for almost two months looking at houses but we never felt pressured by Chris. He even showed us a house to us on father’s day. He was very patient and helpful. We used a VA loan and Chris helped us smooth out the red tape with the bank and the VA. To sum up our experience with is that my wife and I got the home we wanted for a good price with no hassle. You cannot ask for anything more.
