Chris was great during the sale of our condo!! His use of internet marketing and local experience was instrumental in the sale. He was recommended to us by a family member and we definitely will recommend him to all our family and friends! We were very impressed by his knowledge, promptness, and professionalism. Additionally it was a comforting feeling to know our realtor Chris Spina truly cared about selling our home and sent weekly updates on the status, number of viewings, and other sales in the community.
