“We didn’t want to buy in this market…But our rent increased $600/month!”

“Something strange, something weird happened to us in September when we suddenly learned that our rent was going to increase by $600 a month. It didn’t look good. We would go to bed at night, think about it and all these things would be running through our heads. The invisible dread of uncertainty was sleeping in our bed!
