Amazing!

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $125K in Bonita Springs, FL.

We have one word to describe our experience with Chris Spina. Amazing! Chris Spina was consistently efficient, approachable, kind, honest and 100% available to us whenever we requested information, feedback and appointments. These qualities were very important to us because we were dealing with Chris from Michigan. We spent over a year researching and exploring our options from condominiums to houses. Chris’ demeanor never fluctuated in that year. He remained patient and kind throughout our journey to find the right house/condo for our family. He allowed us to explore all our options without pressure! In December 2010, we closed on a beautiful vacation home near Estero Bay in Bonita Springs! “Paradise” as Chris would say and we agree! Through this process to find the right location we feel Chris’ patience and honest approach lend us to remain engaged in the seeking process.
