Worked with Chris twice

Sold a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $125K in Naples, FL.

We worked with Christ twice and found him to be helpful and professional both times. The first tiime, we just wanted to have some advice on whether or not to try to sell – given the downturn in real estate. He was very frank about what we could expect and we decided to wait. Later – just this summer – we approached him again about selling our property and this time he was encouraging. We signed a contract and the property sold more quickly that we had expected. Throughout Chris was very straightforward about the process, very prompt in doing his part and in helping us to do ours. He clearly has expertise in the buying/selling process. We really appreciated both the expertise and the fact that he always let us have time to think before making a decision.
