We were not surprised when we hit a home run!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $425K in Naples, FL.

As soon as my wife and I gave Chris the go ahead to begin the home search process, we were on the team bus full speed ahead with all of the players on board. There were no rookies to be found, nobody coasting to retirement, and everybody was found pulling his own weight. What is interesting you see, is that Chris is the team, he is a winner, and he is the best! We did not mind tending to the towels and water during this game! The stakes were high, the biggest deal in our lifetime, and here was a star player to trust, and to trust completely with every aspect of the process. I know that is saying a lot, but it is true. We were not surprised when we hit a home run! Not just a beautiful house to live in, but a great investment at a good price. As a bonus, all parties involved were pleased with the process so there was more than enough good feelings to go around. It did not matter that this deal was wedged between to major Holidays, and that we were eager to close before years end. Just another ground ball for Chris. Realistic with optimism, proactive without stepping on toes, aggressive with tact, and a straight shooter, we could not have been in better hands. Add to all of this keen knowledge of the area, experience and reputation for success in his trade, and you cannot help but to win! My only caution is to make sure you want to ride that bus because it travels fast on a full tank of gas, and before you can blink you arrive!
