Purchased a Condo in Bonita Springs, FL

Chris helped us, long distance, to buy a condo in Bonita Springs 5 years ago. He was very helpful in EVERY possible way, sending us links to various ones that we might be interested in, making suggestions along the way. I then traveled to Bonita Springs to have a look in person, and through conversation, Chris soon realized that what I was looking for wasn’t among any of the viewings we had picked! He found the perfect condo for us and took us through the process of purchasing it with no problem at all. 5 years later we decided to sell and approached Chris for his input. He jumped right to it and communicated with the various guests that we had staying there during the viewing process of the sale. Arranged a photo shoot, advertised, and kept us totally in the loop at each stage along the way. We are now based in Africa, so there was no way we could be there in person at all. Chris’s support was impeccable! We cannot say enough good things about Chris! His professionalism, his expertise, constant communication etc, made both the buying and selling of our condo smooth and without hitches. Thanks, Chris!
